Step one is to extract all water. Once all water is removed, our restorers use dehumidifiers and other tools to dry up the remaining water and moisture. This step helps to combat any potential mold growth. The next step is to utilize meters and thermal imaging cameras to ensure that the area is fully dry.

 

Depending on the water damage, we sometimes have to remove affected drywall, deep-clean carpets, and furniture, repair flooring, or even clean out your HVAC ducts. The DryPro team is highly trained and can provide full water damage remediation.

In the first phase, we take care of all demolition, cleaning, and drying tasks. This phase takes three or four days. In cases of significant damage, it may take longer. The second phase includes final repairs. Our team has performed restorations in which the second phase lasted a few days and others where it lasted for weeks.
